| It has been three months since being at the Conscious Creativity Workshop guided by Anne. I continue with the daily meditations honouring the Sutra’s that I learned while overlooking a beautiful and serene valley. Anne provided the opportunities to experience a positive exploration of my approach to life. I am more aware of my 'habits" and what purpose they serve. I have appreciated the increased kindness that I have gained to myself. During this retreat, as I call it, Anne was truly inspiring in a gentle and knowledgeable manner. It was easy to trust and be with the small group we had which she set the pace for. I would love to return. | |||

| This workshop and Anne's personal integrity for all around her, makes the participant feel very special,sacred and extremely cared for. In no other w/shop have I had a facilator that spends 24/7 with the participants. I, personally had an amazing break through, that I had carried with me since childhood. Anne's wisdom and spirit helped me go through to the "otherside" of the "wall". My life is filled with Joy now. After you leave a seminar and feel high - only to have the experience reduce in it's intensity as time goes on. NOT THIS ONE, as time goes on I fell so more contected to spirit and so much more at peace and just plane happy. | |||

| I went to the Creativity Conscious Workshop to open up my creative side again, to help overcome my writers block... and to relax, pamper myself, and enjoy a beautiful place.Little did I know that I was also going to open myself up into a space of bliss and happiness. My feet didn't touch the ground for days after this experience and I was re-introduced to a happier, free and loving me.Anne is one of the most beautiful, gentle spirits I have met. And I have travelled and taken part in many retreats and conferences in my young life. Anne is true and authentic and I look forward to keeping in touch with her and her beautiful light in the years to come | |||

It has been a little over a year that I experienced the Autopoetic workshop, with Anne at Oceanstone. I gained so much insight about myself and my place in this universe and with the tools provided I have been able to make my journey through life so much easier. |

The Autpoetic retreat at Oceanstone was a life-changing experience for me... I was exposed to many modalities such as art activities, meditation, intimate discussions... all in a safe and peaceful environment with other like minded souls on a spiritual path. I would highly recommend it, and I am going again this year. |

Anne seems to have the innate ability to instinctively know situations and people, with a soft and nurturing way yet with very powerful messages and exercises to draw and encourage what needs to be. Truly rewarding and whole. |

I had the most amazing transformational time with Anne at Sparkling Hills Resort. The surroundings alone were a great healing for me. The lake, the food, the crystals that are everywhere and the healing spa that had indoor and outdoor pools and 7 healing suanas were more than I could have anticipated! The workshop was so enlightening and filled with ahha moments for me. The group that I was so blessed to be a part of was so supportive and loving and warm. Anne has the great wisdom and ability to bring out all ones creativity in a gentle, relaxing way. She is a wonderful facilitator and her workshop is filled with wisdom, enlightenment and fun! I was so happy to be able to do this workshop in the way that I wanted to participate with no pressure from anyone....I came and went as I felt appropriate for me. This workshop was such a joy!
